"Board Member Team"
President:
Organizes quarterly committee meetings, makes sure everyone is kept informed.
Treasurer:
Handles the finances for the club.
Secretary:
Handles all website correspondence.
Event Planner:
Oversees events and coordinates the "Event Volunteer Team".

Annual Picnic in West Linn (2 people needed)
Reserve park, bring all supplies. Coordinate website posting and send email announcement to subscribed members.
Summer Camping Trip (2 people needed)
Find a suitable camp ground and reserve sites. Coordinate website posting and send email announcement to subscribed members.
Winter Potluck or Gala (2 people needed)
Find a location and organize food. Coordinate website posting and send email announcement to subscribed members.
Monthly social hour coordinator
Find a suitable location and make reservations if necessary. Coordinate website posting and send email announcement to subscribed members.
Please keep in mind that if you sign up for as an “Event Volunteer”, it’s only ONCE a year! Very easy commitment and would be tons of fun for a husband and wife team!
